GoRaleigh conducted a service equity analysis under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to evaluate proposed service changes to determine whether minority and low-income populations will be disproportionately burdened by the changes.
This analysis includes all the service changes currently planned for facial year 2027 (July 2026-June 2027).

Route 10 Longview
Increase frequency to 30 minutes throughout the day and on weekends and run the bus later into the evening. An alignment change to take the bus off Bertie Dr. bringing it out to New Bern Ave. and match the inbound and outbound alignments.
Route 70L Brier Creek
Increase daytime frequency from 60 minutes to 30 minutes, every day of the week.
Route 25L Durant
Change alignment to run only between Wake Med North and Triangle Town Center. Route 32L Lynn/Spring Forest will replace the old alignment between Falls of Neue Rd. and Triangle Town Center.
Route 32L
A new route. This route will have a frequency of every 30 minutes during the morning and early evening, and 60 minutes otherwise. It will run from Townridge Shopping Center to Triangle Town Center on Lynn Rd. and Spring Forest Rd.
