Passes
Use a pass to save time and money while riding the bus!
- All passes may be purchased at GoRaleigh Station and the GoRaleigh Operations Facility (4104 Poole Rd) with cash, check, or a credit card (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, or Discover).
- Several Harris Teeter stores in Raleigh sell 7-Day and 31-Day passes.

- Glenwood Village - 2603 Glenwood Ave - Routes 6 & 16

- One-day passes may be purchased on the bus for CASH ONLY. (Tell the driver you want to purchase a day pass before inserting money into the farebox. Exact change is required!)
- Many employers in the Triangle offer exclusive commuter benefits, such as subsidies and discounts on bus passes and Vanpool fare. See the list of employers here.
- Regional passes and stored value cards are sold online by GoTriangle. For your convenience, you can purchase a pass below and have it mailed to you.
GoRaleigh ID Cards
The GoRaleigh ID card is free, and allows passengers to take advantage of the following discounts:
- Seniors (age 65 and older) can ride the bus for free.
- Persons with disabilities ride the bus for 60 cents, and purchase & use Discount Fare passes.
- Teens (ages 13-18) can ride the bus for free with a Youth GoPass. Applications can be found here. You may obtain a pass at any Wake County public library or City of Raleigh community center. Please bring valid identification for proof of birthdate. Youth who do not have a pass may ride for half fare.
- Youth (ages 12 and younger) can ride the bus for free. (A GoRaleigh ID card is not required for youth shorter than 60 inches.)
To obtain a GoRaleigh ID Card, complete the GoRaleigh ID Card Application and print out (or obtain at the location where you get your ID photo). You must bring the application downtown to GoRaleigh Station at 214 S. Blount Street, Raleigh. ID Cards from GoTriangle, GoDurham, and GoCary are honored by GoRaleigh as well.
Online Pass Orders
GoTriangle charges a $1 shipping and handling fee for each transaction. Once you pay, GoTriangle Customer Service representatives receive immediate notice of your purchase, process and mail your pass(es) within one business day.
Please note: If you buy your pass(es) using an eCheck, GoTriangle will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes three to five business days.
