GoRaleigh Announces New Routes for the New Year with Special Holiday Route

holiday bus design

GoRaleigh, the City of Raleigh’s transit service, announces new routes for the new year and an opportunity to Sing with Santa!

On Wednesday, December 19th, a holiday-themed bus filled with carolers and Santa, will travel through southeast and northwest Raleigh promoting new bus routes that go into service on January 6, 2019. The extended bus services are a result of the Wake Transit Plan.

The special holiday bus will make four stops along the route. At each stop Santa and a group of jolly elves will get off the bus and sing carols. All members of the general public are invited to meet us at any of the bus stops to listen and sing along. There will not be time allotted for photos outside of the caroling, so feel free to snap pics during the caroling.
