GoRaleigh Needs Public Input on Custom Shelter Design

The City of Raleigh Department of Transportation conducted a design competition for “custom” bus shelters that would promote the GoRaleigh brand and be placed throughout the City.

Through public input and architectural experts, the “custom” bus shelters have been designed by a local architectural firm [ClarkNexsen] with the building contract awarded to a local manufacturing firm. Two prototypes are available at the North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA) for riders to see, examine, and tryout. Obtaining feedback from riders is vital. Please let us know your thoughts on the “custom” bus shelter design, safety, and usability.

We would appreciate you taking the time to complete the following survey. It should take less than five minutes of your time. Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Andrea Epstein, Senior Communications Liaison, Department of Transportation at andrea.epstein@raleighnc.gov

The survey input began 1/07/2020 and ended 2/17/2020 at 5 p.m.
