The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for asset management services for commercial lease spaces included in the Raleigh Union Station Phase I project. The Raleigh Union Station Phase I project is the first phase of a multi-modal transportation hub in Downtown Raleigh North Carolina. This soon to be thriving transportation hub is currently under construction with an operational date scheduled for early 2018. Raleigh Union Station sits in the rapidly developing warehouse district of Downtown Raleigh and plays host to major employers, popular restaurants and mixed-use developments.
