GoRaleigh conducted a service equity analysis under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to evaluate proposed service changes to determine whether minority and low-income populations will be disproportionately burdened by the changes.
This analysis includes all the service changes currently planned for FY26 (July 2025-June 2026).

Route 1 Capital:
Increase frequency to every 10 minutes on weekdays, every 15 minutes on weekends, and every half hour in the late evenings. An alignment change from Wake Forest Rd to Capital Blvd, with Route 14 replacing service on Wake Forest Rd.
Route 2 Falls of Neuse:
Increase frequency to 15 minutes on weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends. An alignment change to make inbound and outbound service bidirectional including on Peace St.
Route 7 South Saunders:
Continue 15-minute frequency later in the evening, increase to 15-minute frequency on weekends.
Route 14 Atlantic:
A new route. Route 14 Atlantic is a new route planned in the Wake Transit Plan. It will run every half hour during the day and hourly in the early morning and late evening, seven days a week. It will travel from downtown Raleigh on Wake Forest Rd, Atlantic Ave, and Green Rd to Triangle Town Center, with connections to Route 24L Millbrook Connector, Route 1 Capital, Route 25L Triangle Town Link, and the Wake Foerst-Raleigh Express.
Route 15 WakeMed:
Continue 15-minute frequency later in the evening, increase to 15-minute frequency on weekends.
Route 17 Rock Quarry:
Increase to 30-minute frequency daily.
Route 33L Knightdale:
Increase weekday frequency from 60 minutes to 45 minutes, eliminating long layover.
FRX:
Discontinue service and replace with microtransit.
